These terms apply to your use of mahikids.com and to all orders placed with Mahi Kids, whether online or on WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do our best to show product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Placing an order

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. We may contact you to verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch, and we reserve the right to cancel an order if it cannot be verified, if an item is out of stock, or if pricing information was incorrect.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. The full order amount, including the Rs. 300 delivery charge, is payable to the courier at the time of delivery.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather or public holidays. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Exchanges and returns

Size exchanges and returns for damaged or incorrect items are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Custom-sized items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
