Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to every city in Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about how your Mahi Kids order gets to your door.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies to every order, anywhere in Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Custom-sized outfits such as Noor need extra stitching time; we will confirm the expected dispatch date with you after you share measurements.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2–4 working days in major cities and up to 5–7 working days in other areas. Delivery times may be longer during Eid, public holidays and sale periods.

Order confirmation & tracking

We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Once your parcel is on its way, we share the courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery quick and easy.

Unsuccessful deliveries

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and the order may be cancelled.
