How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat Rs. 300 on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days in major cities and up to 5–7 working days in other areas.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 326 7001786 (or DM us on Instagram @MAHI._KIDS) with the outfit name and size, and we will confirm the total and delivery details for you.
How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide and add your child's age and height in the order notes at checkout. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Can I get a custom-sized outfit?
Our Noor outfit is made to your child's measurements. Share the measurements in the order notes or on WhatsApp and we will confirm before stitching.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Custom-sized pieces cannot be exchanged.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we share the courier tracking number with you by SMS or WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
At the moment we only deliver within Pakistan.
