You can exchange an item for a different size within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Items we can’t exchange

Custom-sized or altered outfits (such as Noor made to your measurements) cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchange delivery charges

For size exchanges, a delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies to send the new size to you. If the exchange is due to our mistake, delivery is free.

Refunds

Refunds are offered for damaged or incorrect items when a replacement is not available. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is sent by bank transfer within 7 working days.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@mahikids.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the exchange. Our team will confirm the next steps and arrange pickup or drop-off details.
