Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information.

Last updated: October 2026

Mahi Kids (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit mahikids.com or place an order, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order details, including any notes such as your child’s age or measurements. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp, provide customer support, handle exchanges, improve our website, and, only if you agree, send you news about new collections and offers.

Sharing your information

We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run our store, such as courier companies that deliver your parcel and service providers that host our website. They may use your information only to provide those services.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access. We keep order records only for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle exchanges and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time, by contacting us using the details below.

Children’s privacy

Although we sell children’s clothing, our website is intended for use by parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any details about a child, such as age or measurements, are provided by the parent only to fulfil the order.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. For any privacy questions, email hello@mahikids.com or message us on WhatsApp.
